Returns
We will be more than happy to accept a return as long as you have notified us within 14 days of receiving your goods and your goods are in a resalable condition with original packaging. We cannot accept returns on personalised products.
We will not refund any original shipping paid when returning products unless a product is damaged or faulty.
If your product is faulty or you have received an incorrect item then please respond to your original order confirmation email with details and pictures of any fault.
