Delivery Costs

Orders over £45 include free delivery. Order under £45 will be calculated during checkout.

Delivery Carriers

We work with multiple carriers for our shipments. Which carrier delivers your order depends on several things:

• Type of product
• The volume of your product
• The destination to which it will be shipped.

Shipments can be delivered by: DPD, DHL, GLS, Yodel, Evri and Royal Mail. Larger item shipments can be delivered by: DX, Kuehne+Nagel and Rabelink.

Express Delivery

The fastest possible delivery time that Theme Garden can offer is estimated on our product pages. This information is visible before you order the product.

Shipping Status

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation.

Multiple Shipments

Our products are often shipped in multiple batches. An item may be delivered in multiple batches and at different time slots. Your order may be delivered in multiple batches when:

• Your parcels are leaving our warehouse at different times.
• Your parcels are handled by several carriers.
• The carrier processes your parcels at different times.

Scheduled Deliveries

Your delivery is always scheduled by the carrier. Some carriers offer to choose your preferred delivery time when they send you the pre-delivery information.

Missed Delivery

Carriers have different ways of handling situations where you're not home during the delivery time.

The carrier will choose one of the following options:

• Your parcel will be delivered to your neighbours
• Your parcel will be left in a safe place
• Your parcel will be delivered to a parcel shop
• Your parcel will be brought back to their depot, awaiting further instructions

In most cases, the carrier will notify you where you can get your parcel. They do this by missed delivery note, SMS, or email.

Islands and Remote Parts of the Country

We ship to islands and remote parts of the country, but not all of them.

We do not deliver to: Guernsey, Outer Hebrides, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kirkwall, Shetland Islands and Scottish Highlands.
